PMTC Health, Safety & Environment Policy
Safety conscious, health conscious and environmentally aware thinking is to characterize all work at PMTC.
Good safety practices shall be observed at all times and in all spheres of the company's activities and shall remain one of the most important requirements of the Company.
Environment aspects are to be taken into account where relevant. This means avoiding the discharge of environmentally harmful substances to air, land and water.
- Safety comes first in all of our activities.
- Our aims are that all accidents shall be prevented.
- Ensuring a safe workplace requires active co-operation of all staff.
- All injuries and near-misses shall be reported and followed up.
- All aspects, which relate to ensure the safety & health of employees, customers and visitor are priority tasks.
- The safety and interest of the public and surrounding community shall also be safeguarded.
- A secure, healthy and happy workplace makes an important contribution to the wellbeing of the company.
In pursuance to the above policy, all predictable and relevant laws and regulations shall be adhered to.

PMTC Quality Policy
Our Quality Policy is to continuously strive to ensure customers satisfaction through the provision of high quality STCW Marine, safety and skill training and services which meet the industry and international standards. In partnership with Marine Department approved training organization
PMTC Sdn. Bhd. will ensure all persons attending a STCW Marine approved course will the following:
- To be treated in a courteous manner at all times.
- To receive all training in safe and controlled environment by qualified instructors.
- To have their competency by trained and qualified Assessors (where applicable).
- To understand their rights as a delegate.
- Training events limited to a maximum number of participants as defined in the STCW Marine standards.
